It was under Amit Ladha that our firm went from a local initiative to a national level with our firm under his guidance now functioning as a process-driven organization.
Amit has graduated with a prestigious Engineering degree and had dedicated two years to the corporate complexities before kick-starting his own endeavour. He believes the key to his success is the ability to understand the cultural and commercial dynamics of his clients seamlessly.
Sweta Ladha
With 12+ years of experience acting as her backbone, Sweta Ladha, Co-Founder & Director of ANS Placement has actively helped our organization not just grow, but thrive too. Congregating her interests and expertise with her vast experience, Sweta has made heads turn with her charisma and potent presence of mind- something that helped her assist her clients from a wide assortment of industries. She is what we call a 'marketing genius' formulating fool-proof strategies that are driven by her extensive planning and her never-say-never attitude towards progression.
Sweta Ladha is a Science graduate with a Masters in Fashion Designing from NIFT and considers her positive outlook at marketing to be one of the driving strengths that helps her overcome hurdles.
